Years of full-time work within law enforcement have provided deep familiarity with the demands placed on officers, veterans, and other first responders. Therapy is grounded in an understanding of stress exposure, duty culture, emotional suppression, family strain, and the difficulty many face in asking for support.
Life transitions can bring uncertainty, grief, stress, and self-doubt—even when the change is positive.
